1. Service Provider
SecrexAI is provided by a company incorporated in Hong Kong, with its registered office at Unit 1805-06, 18/F, Hollywood Commercial Centre, 610 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
2. Scope of Service
SecrexAI is a WhatsApp AI secretary service covering text conversations, voice-to-text, image generation, scheduled reminders and related features. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Free Trial
The first cohort of registered users is entitled to a 14-day free trial. When the trial period ends, the service will automatically stop and no payment will be charged unless you choose to subscribe.
4. Subscription & Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly and denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). If you cancel your subscription, the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
5. User Responsibilities
You may not use SecrexAI for any illegal activity, abuse of system resources, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the system. You are responsible for safeguarding your own WhatsApp account. We accept no liability for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
The SecrexAI brand, interface design and technical architecture are owned by us. Content generated by the AI for users is for the corresponding user to use, subject to applicable law.
7. Changes & Termination of the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the service. For material changes, we will give you at least 14 days' prior notice via WhatsApp or email.
8. Third-Party AI Services
SecrexAI relies on third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google). Service quality depends on factors outside our control, and we make no warranties regarding the performance of any third-party service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of SecrexAI, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of data, or loss of profits. AI responses are provided for reference only and do not constitute professional advice (including legal, financial or medical advice).
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
11. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the consent of a legal guardian, in order to use SecrexAI.
12. Security & Compliance
SecrexAI takes the security of your data seriously. We have put the following measures in place:
- Data storage: Conversation records are stored at Tencent Cloud's Asia-Pacific data centres, which hold ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 and CSA STAR certifications.
- Personal data compliance: We strictly comply with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
- AI model security (by plan): The Business plan uses GitHub Copilot, which holds ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications. The Starter plan uses Minimax, which currently does not hold these certifications.
