4. Third-Party Data Processing (Important Disclosure)
AI inference is provided by third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic and Google). The content you submit will be processed on those third parties' servers, and their respective terms and data-handling policies apply.
5. Data Storage
Your conversation history and personal data are stored in the Asia-Pacific region (Tencent Cloud Asia-Pacific data centres), in compliance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).
6. Data Retention
We retain all relevant data for the lifetime of your account. After your account is deleted, we will permanently erase all personal data within 30 days.
7. Your Rights (PDPO)
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct any inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and opt out of direct marketing.
