2. AI Responses Are for Reference Only
AI responses are provided for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. You should exercise your own judgement as to the accuracy of the content, and in particular consult an appropriate professional for legal, financial or medical matters.
3. Information Accuracy
AI may produce inaccurate or out-of-date information (the so-called "hallucination" problem). You should verify important information yourself and should not rely solely on AI responses for significant decisions.
4. Third-Party AI Services & Security Certifications
SecrexAI relies on third-party AI model services. The AI models and their security certifications vary by plan, as follows:
- Starter plan: Uses the Minimax AI model. Minimax does not currently hold publicly disclosed ISO 27001, SOC 2 or equivalent international information-security certifications, but security audit reports are available to enterprise customers under a non-disclosure agreement.
- Business plan: Uses the GitHub Copilot AI model, which holds ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification and SOC 2 Type 1 compliance.
Service quality depends on factors outside our control. We make no warranties regarding the performance or security certification status of any third-party AI service. If you have specific information-security requirements, please consider the Business plan.
5. Indirect Losses
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of SecrexAI, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of data, loss of profits or loss of opportunity.
6. Service Availability
We do not guarantee 100% continuous availability of the service. The service may be temporarily interrupted due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen events.
7. Free Trial Terms
During the free trial, we reserve the right to modify the trial terms at any time, including but not limited to adjusting the trial duration and feature limitations.
